WE WILL NOT TOLERATE OR ALLOW OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT. YOU MAY NOT POST ANY VIDEOS OR PHOTOS THAT CONTAIN ANYTHING VIOLENT, PARTIALLY NUDE, NUDE, INFRINGING, HATEFUL, DISCRIMINATORY, UNLAWFUL, PORNOGRAPHIC OR SEXUALLY SUGGESTIVE PHOTOS OR OTHER CONTENT VIA OUR MOBILE APPLICATION OR WEBSITE. IF YOU DO, WE WILL TAKE MEASURES TO REMOVE THE CONTENT AND WILL DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT. WE HAVE A FLAGGING SYSTEM IN PLACE WHEREAS OUR MEMBERS MAY FLAG OTHER MEMBERS FOR POSTING OBJECTIONABLE CONTENT. WE WILL BE NOTIFIED IF YOU VIOLATE OUR TERMS, AND THUS OUR TEAM OF MODERATORS WILL DELETE YOUR ACCOUNT WITHOUT HESITATION.
This web page represents a legal document that serves as our Terms of Service and it governs the legal terms of our mobile app or website “Spinnr”, our website “Spinnr.com”, sub-domains, and any associated web-based and mobile applications (collectively, “Mobile App”), as owned and operated by Spinnr.
Capitalized terms, unless otherwise defined, have the meaning specified within the Definitions section below. This Terms of Service, along with our Privacy Policy, any mobile license agreement, and other posted guidelines within our Mobile App, collectively “Legal Terms”, constitute the entire and only agreement between you and Spinnr , and supersede all other agreements, representations, warranties and understandings with respect to our Mobile App and the subject matter contained herein. We may amend our Legal Terms at any time without specific notice to you. The latest copies of our Legal Terms will be posted here on our Website, and you should review all Legal Terms prior to using our Mobile App. After any revisions to our Legal Terms are posted, you agree to be bound to any such changes to them. Therefore, it is important for you to periodically review our Legal Terms to make sure you still agree to them.
By using our Mobile App or Website, you agree to fully comply with and be bound by our Legal Terms. Please review them carefully. If you do not accept our Legal Terms, do not access and use our Mobile App. If you have already accessed our Mobile App and do not accept our Legal Terms, you should immediately discontinue use of our Mobile App.

Definitions
The terms “us” or “we” or “our” refers to Spinnr , the owner of the Mobile App or Website.
A “Visitor” is someone who merely browses our Mobile App or Website, but has not registered as a Member.
A “Member” is an individual that has registered with us to use our Service.
Our “Service” represents the collective functionality and features as offered through our Mobile App or Website to our Members.
A “User” is a collective identifier that refers to either a Visitor or a Member.
All text, information, graphics, audio, video, and data offered through our Mobile App or Website are collectively known as our “Content”.
Legal Compliance
You must be at least 17 years old to use Spinnr. Please note that Spinnr is not liable for any false information provided regarding your age. By using our Mobile App or Website, you agree to comply with all applicable domestic and international laws, statutes, ordinances, and regulations, including the Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) in the United States. Spinnr reserves the right to investigate complaints or reported violations of our Legal Terms. We may take appropriate action, including canceling your Member account, reporting suspected unlawful activity to law enforcement officials, regulators, or other third parties, and disclosing any necessary information as allowed under our Privacy Policy. This may include your profile information, email addresses, usage history, posted materials, IP addresses, and traffic information.
Intellectual Property
Our Mobile App or Website may contain our service marks or trademarks as well as those of our affiliates or other companies, in the form of words, graphics, and logos. Your use of our Mobile App or Website does not constitute any right or license for you to use such service marks/trademarks, without the prior written permission of the corresponding service mark/trademark owner. Our Mobile App or Website is also protected under international copyright laws. The copying, redistribution, use or publication by you of any portion of our Mobile App is strictly prohibited. Your use of our Mobile App or Website does not grant you ownership rights of any kind in our Mobile App or Website.

Our Mobile App or Website may contain links to third party Mobile Apps or Websites. These links are provided solely as a convenience to you. By linking to these Mobile Apps or Websites, we do not create or have an affiliation with, or sponsor such third party Mobile Apps or Websites. The inclusion of links within our Mobile App or Website does not constitute any endorsement, guarantee, warranty, or recommendation of such third party Mobile Apps or Websites. Spinnr has no control over the legal documents and privacy practices of third party Mobile Apps or Websites; as such, you access any such third party Mobile Apps or Websites at your own risk.
General Terms
Our Legal Terms shall be treated as though they were executed and performed in the state of Pennsylvania, United States, and shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pennsylvania, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. In addition, you agree to submit to the personal jurisdiction and venue of such courts. Any cause of action by you with respect to our Mobile App or Website, must be instituted within one (1) year after the cause of action arose or be forever waived and barred. Should any part of our Legal Terms be held invalid or unenforceable, that portion shall be construed consistent with applicable law and the remaining portions shall remain in full force and effect. To the extent that any Content in our Mobile App or Website conflicts or is inconsistent with our Legal Terms, our Legal Terms shall take precedence. Our failure to enforce any provision of our Legal Terms shall not be deemed a waiver of such provision nor of the right to enforce such provision. The rights of Spinnr under our Legal Terms shall survive the termination of our Legal Terms.
Member Liability
Spinnr does not assume any liability for the actions, conduct, or behavior of its members, whether online or offline. While Spinnr provides a platform for connecting individuals with similar interests, we cannot guarantee the integrity, intentions, or reliability of any member. By using the Spinnr app, you acknowledge and agree that any meetings, interactions, or engagements with other members, whether online or offline, are solely at your own risk. Spinnr shall not be held liable for any damages, injuries, losses, or any other harm that may arise as a result of such interactions or engagements. It is your responsibility to exercise caution, use good judgment, and take appropriate safety measures when interacting with other members, especially when deciding to meet them in person. Spinnr strongly recommends conducting meetings in public places, informing someone about your plans, and taking all necessary precautions to ensure your personal safety and well-being. By using the Spinnr app, you release and discharge Spinnr, its affiliates, directors, officers, employees, and agents from any claims, demands, or damages (direct or indirect) arising out of or in any way connected to your interactions or engagements with other members.
Photo & Video Liabilities
1. Content Uploaded by Members:
When using our Mobile App or Website, our Members have the ability to upload profile photos and videos. It is important to note that some of these photos or videos may contain copyrighted material. We want to emphasize that we neither endorse nor allow the upload of copyrighted material on our Mobile App or Website. Therefore, we cannot be held liable for any such content present on our platform.
2. Inappropriate Content:
We have strict guidelines in place to ensure a safe and respectful environment for all our Members. As such, we do not permit the upload of racist, offensive, illegal, graphic, pornographic, or any other form of inappropriate profile photos or videos on our Mobile App or Website. We actively monitor our platform to identify and remove such content. Profiles consistently found to be posting inappropriate content may be subject to removal. To assist in this effort, we have implemented a flagging system that allows our Members to report any content that they find to be inappropriate.
3. Member Liability:
It is important to understand that Spinnr does not assume any liability for the content uploaded by our Members, be it photos, videos, text, or any other form of material, regardless of whether it contains copyrighted or illegal content. All content posted by our Members remains the sole responsibility of the individuals who uploaded it.
Please note that by using our Mobile App or Website, Members agree to comply with our guidelines and accept responsibility for the content they upload. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the removal of content and suspension or termination of accounts, in cases where our guidelines are violated.

A) Things we don’t want you to do:
To ensure a positive and respectful environment, we expect all our members to adhere to the following guidelines:
1. Respectful Behavior:
– Refrain from engaging in verbally abusive, racist, or offensive behavior in your video profile, daily videos, intro videos, photos, or when interacting with other members through intro videos, text chat, phone chat, video messages, picture messages, or live video chat.
– Do not use explicit nudity or any offensive content in any chats, or your profile pictures or videos.
2. Harassment and Spam:
– Do not harass or spam our members through chat, phone chat, video messages, picture messages, or live video chat once you have become a match.
– It is strictly prohibited to share WhatsApp numbers or any other third-party contact information with the intention of scamming our members.
3. Impersonation and Fraud:
– Do not create fake profiles or misrepresent yourself as someone else by stealing their identity.
– Do not solicit our members for cryptocurrency scams. Such behavior will be reported to the authorities.
4. Prohibited Activities:
– Do not solicit our members for sexual services or attempt to lure them away from our app to other platforms for such purposes.
– Do not create a squad with an offensive photo, name, or description. We monitor squads daily and delete ones that violate our terms and condiitions.
Please note that violating any of these guidelines may result in the suspension or termination of your account.
B) Things we can do:
In order to maintain a safe and enjoyable experience for all our users, we have the following rights and actions:
1. Account Suspension or Deletion:
– We reserve the right to suspend or delete your account if we find that you are using our mobile app or website maliciously or fraudulently.
2. Profile and Content Features:
– We may feature your profile, content, photos, username, location, or videos on our mobile app, website, and any of our social media platforms for promotional purposes.
3. Account Termination:
– If we find that a member’s account contains anything violating the guidelines mentioned in section A-1 through A-4, we may choose to delete or suspend the account from our mobile app and website.
4. Communication:
– We may contact you via email or chat for various reasons, including but not limited to support and security purposes.
5. User Feedback and Suggestions:
– Any feedback or suggestions you provide us with may be used as inspiration for new features in our app. By sharing such ideas with us, you assign the rights to those ideas to Spinnr, and they become our intellectual property.
6. Video Quality Standards:
– We reserve the right to remove videos that do not meet our quality standards. We encourage you to showcase your personality rather than focusing on mundane objects such as walls or ceiling fans. If our moderators determine that your videos are of poor quality, they may be removed.
7. Squad Quality Standards:
– We reserve the right to edit squads that do not meet our quality standards. We encourage you to encourage a positive and friendly environment in your squads rather than being offensive. If our moderators determine that your squad violates our terms, it may be edited, modified, or removed.
